Tea Party :)

Hello beautiful people :)

Yesterday was the start to a fabulous week!

So many exciting things are happening that I can't wait to share them with you!

Yesterday, my two friends and I took off on an adventure to collect some materials before retreating to my friends beautiful home. 

My friend lives in the country, where it is so peaceful and beautiful compare to the town that I live in.

Her house is so cozy and cute, I fell in love with it the moment that I stepped food inside.

The house screams her and her mom and it's great.

We spent the sunny afternoon having a very fancy tea party on her porch outside.

I took photos and I want to share them with you.

So voila! Here they are! :)

It was a lovely tea party and I really did have a blast.

The weather was perfect and we were all excited for this!

I can't wait to have more tea parties!

30 Day Snap #28 | Food

Hello beautiful people :)

I had a wonderful girly evening with my best friend!

We had dinner at East Side Mario's then went shopping and watched No Strings Attached. 

I had a blast, I love having girly and fun dates with my friends. 

Since I went shopping, expect a haul soon...

& I know it's Friday and there is no fancy Friday!

This day got busy real fast!

I'm going to try to get it up tomorrow and if not it will be up before the weekend is finished :)

Manicure Monday #5

Hello beautiful people :)

Hope you are all doing well and having a fabulous start to your week!

This is surprising because I haven't posted a Manicure Monday this early.

But today has been kind of a productive day!

Go me!

I have gone very pink and girly this week!

Pink and sparkles?

I am just loving this combination! aha!

This week I am using Sally Hensen's Bubblegum and O.P.I's Teenage Dream.

This wasn't my initial plan for this week's Manicure Monday.

I wanted to do a glitter ombre, but it just wasn't working out for me.

But I am still pleased with my nails.

The pink, itself, is very girly and the sparkles just make it even more girly and fun.

What I really like about the O.P.I polish is that there are very tiny sparkles and larger ones that provide a nice combination. 

The larger sparkles catch the light very nicely.

I've only had my nails painted for an hour and I'm spending most of my time staring at them whilst the light shines on them.

They are very feminine  and fun.

It's like a party on my nails!

Fancy Friday #2

Hello beautiful people :)

I hope you are all having a beautiful Friday!

I don't know if it's just me, but these weeks are flying by!

It's crazy to think about how fast this year is going!

Anyways, I'm ready to share with you the things that I've fancied this week :)

My first favourite is this beautiful creation!

Let's all just take a moment to embrace the beauty of this phone case.

I have an obsession with phone cases, I can never have enough.

I'm constantly changing them, but I'll be keeping this one on for a while.

I've been searching for a bedazzled phone case because I am in love with bedazzled things!

I love sparkles and glitter and everything girly!

(Yikes, I wasn't aware of how dirty my screen was...let's ignore that)

I am a very picky person.

When I have something in my head, I must find the product that matches it.

If I don't then I will look until I find it.

So when I wanted a bedazzled case, I knew that had to have pearls and it had to be pink.

Voila, perfection!

I found this case by accident.

I was in the mall, just leaving from a job fair and this caught my eye.

The moment I found it, I fell in love with it!

This is literally me in a phone case.

I couldn't walk away from it, I had to own this. 

This case was $25, which is great considering I saw some very cheap looking ones going for $45...

I love everything about this phone case!

It's beautiful, it's me, it's pink and it's sparkly! 

My next favourite is the Maybelline Baby Lips :)

I've heard so many people rave about this product and I started to wonder if it was really that great.

Everyone loved the EOS lip balms and I think they're awful.

So when I purchased this product, I was very skeptical of it.

I've had this one for about 3 weeks and I have used it every day.

I put it on in the mornings, underneath my lip stick and before I go to bed.

I love love LOVE this lip product.

My lips can get pretty dry and before I started using this product, they were really dry.

But since I've been using this my lips are twenty times better :)

They definitely hydrate them and they're a lot softer.

I don't like how a lot of lip balms feel on my lips and the way they taste if some of it gets into my mouth.

The texture of this balm is very smooth and glides on very easily :)

It also doesn't taste disgusting, so I don't gag when I accidentally eat some.

This product is definitely worth the hype and I recommend everyone to try this out!

This and the Burt's Bees lip balm are definitely my top two favourites.

I've also purchased a tinted lip balm when I bought this one, but I haven't been able to try that one out yet.

But with the results of this clear one, I'm sure I'll love the tinted one as well.

My Final and Music favourite of the week is Demi Lovato's new album titled Demi.

I have been a massive fan of Demi since she's starred in Camp Rock, despite the fact that everyone around me wasn't a fan of her in those movies.

I did enjoy her music more than her acting though, but she's definitely a better actress than majority of the Disney stars today.

Demi has an amazing voice and I could listen to her all day.

Her vocal range is amazing and very impressive.

I love the lyrics to all of her songs.

She is one of my biggest inspirations.

I wish that I had a voice like hers.

What I love the most about Demi is how unique she is.

When she sings you know it's her because her voice and her music are very different from everyone else's.

She seems to be very down to earth and real.

She doesn't try to be anyone but herself.

My respect and admiration for her grew when she went to rehab.

That time must have been really hard for her and the fact that she has come out stronger and better amazes me.

She is an excellent role model to many teenage girls and young women who are struggling.

 This album is my favourite one by her.

The music itself is amazing, but my favourite part are the lyrics.

She is amazing song writer and I love that her songs are personal.

My favourite song on her album is the last song called Warrior.

The lyrics are so strong and powerful.

I love that it shows her growth to becoming a better and stronger woman.

She sings about turning all the pain and hurt that she's experienced into experiences that have made her stronger.

The more I listen to this song, it sounds like she is talking about the media and all the paparazzi and being in the music industry.

She's telling everyone that she can't be hurt anymore.

She's tough and has grown a thicker skin.

She knows that she's experienced a lot, but she's not going to regret anything.

This song is perfect and gives me goosebumps.

The combination of the lyrics and her voice is what makes this song so powerful.

Today's Outfit Choice :)

Hello beautiful people :)

Today I'm heading off to a job fair and I thought that I would show you my OOTD :)

I'm actually really loving my choice today!

TaDa!

I am in love with this dress and I wore it all last summer!

I bought it from H&M for $20, I believe :) 

It's definitely gotten a little shorter, but it covers what needs to be covered!

I love the floral print and the gathering at the top. 

The blazer I got from Forever 21.

I actually used this as a dance costume two years ago for my tap duet. 

This was $20 as well, which is an absolute bargain because the quality is great and a lot of blazers are over the $50 mark. 

This blazer is very comfy and doesn't restrict my arms at all. 

For shoes I will be wearing simple, black ballet flats from Spring. 

As for accessories, I am wearing a bedazzled music note necklace given to me for Christmas, my White Links London bracelet and my pink, leather Pandora bracelet. 

I really love this outfit because it's not extremely formal and dressy. 

The dress is very summery and girly and then the blazer dresses it up, making it look more professional and formal :)

Reunited with the Bests :)

Hello again, beautiful people :)

I've been on summer vacation for about a week and since then all of my friends have been coming home. 

My friends and I have been pretty scattered during the year whilst we all attend different universities.

The amount of excitement that I've been containing waiting for them to come home is massive.

Majority of all my best friends are home, with the exception of one who doesn't return until the middle of May :(

The term best friend is something that I have used very loosely in the past, but something that I just don't throw out now.

To have a loyal and trustworthy best friend means something really important to me. 

I've been hurt and lied to and betrayed by many in the past, but I can happily say that I have found my three best friends that I know will be there for me through thick and thin. 

These three girls are there for me when I need someone to make me smile and when I need someone to act silly with.

They don't judge me for my crazy character, but they also don't refrain from telling me that I'm wrong in situations where I need guidance.

That's what I've missed the most.

I've missed having someone there that I can be 100% myself around.

Tonight, I spent my first night with two of my best friends and it felt so nice to be completely natural.

We didn't do anything extravagant, we stayed at my place and watched Dance Moms and had a nice chat in my room. 

The night was filled with anger and frustration (from watching Dance Moms) and laughter.

To me, it felt like they never left and that's what I cherish most about these girls.

It doesn't matter how long or how far we are from each other, when we are together we are ourselves and we spend all of our time laughing.

From a distance you could ask how such a girly dancer is best friends with two intelligent hockey players and one intense soccer player, but the three of us work together.

Somehow we mesh well together and we definitely balance each other out.

The four of us all bring something different and that's what makes it fun.

We each have our special bond with each other, that one thing that links us together closely.

But with us being so different, it guarantees us that we will have a blast when we are together because we all have different ideas.

I love these girls to the moon and back.

I would do anything for them.

Having them back home makes me extremely happy and I cannot wait for our fourth best friend to come, so that we can all be reunited at last.

These next four months are going to be memorable and I want to be able to embrace every single moment :)
